Users may experience ear pressure during pressurization, which can be alleviated through yawning, swallowing, or blowing the nose. The therapy is safe, with oxygen toxicity not being a concern at pressures below 1.5 ATA. Improvements in quality of life are commonly observed, though results vary per individual. It is recommended to undergo multiple sessions, typically starting with 15 for acute injuries and 40 for chronic conditions, with adjustments based on personal progress.
