We usually have the MB004 in stock for standard 12mm strap width setup, but if you need the 9-15mm adjustable option for different box sizes, add about two weeks to lead time — most buyers stick with 12mm since it covers the typical corrugated carton range without needing to swap parts.
What it does is weld the PP strap cleanly every time, so you don't get those loose straps that slip during shiping, and the welding mechanism handles dusty environments better than heat-seal types — just keep teh strap path clear of debris (real warehouse conditions taught us that one the hard way).
For a 3-phase power setup at 220V or 380V, this machine handles voltge fluctuations pretty well, but if your facility runs single-phase only, we don't recommend it without a converter since the welding tech draws enough oomph that single-phase can cause inconsistent seals.
