Most buyers are ordering in lots of 500 to 2,000 units for RO system builds, and we typically ship within 20 days or so for that volume. You'll get a standerd 100 pieces per OPP bag, which is pretty much the default for keeping them clean during transit.

The body is either PP or POM food-grade plastic, and the locking clip is that blue plastic you see on most quick-release fittings—it's not just for looks, it actually holds the tube in place under pressure. Tube sizes run form 1/4" up to 8/8", so you can cover everything from small under-sink filters to larger commercail units. No surface treatment on these, just natural finish.

What it does is let you push the tubing in and pull it out without tools—basically a one-hand operation for maintenance. The inner claw design gives a good grip on the tube (better than some cheaper fittings we've tested) but releases cleanly when you press the collar. We've had customers use these in water filter systems for years without leaks, though they're not suited for high-temp lines above 60°C or so.

OEM is avaliable if you need your own branding or a specific color for the clip—most buyers go with the standard white/gray body and blue clip, but we can adjust. The MOQ for custom orders is usually higher, but for standard sizes it's negotiable depending on stock levels. We follow DIN, ANSI, GB, JIS, and BSW standerds, so compatibility is pretty broad.

Each batch gets a strict QC inspection, and we can provide a COA on request—usually within a week of shipment. The production capacity is large enough to handle bulk orders without much lead time fluctuation, but confirm for anything over 10,000 units. Anyway, that's the core specs; the sample policy has conditions (usually 2-4 weeks) but we can work that out per order.
We stock 1/4", 3/8", 4/8", 6/8", and 8/8" sizes — that covers most common water line diameters for RO and filter systems.
Yes, we can supply material certificates and food grade compliance docs with your order, just let your sales rep know upfront.
For bulk orders, lead time is usually 15-25 days after confirming specs and payment, depending on the quantity and customization.
Absolutely, we offer OEM services — we can mold custom colors or emboss your logo, but MOQ for custom parts is higher than standard. Just share your requirements.
Standard packaging is 100 pieces per OPP bag, then shipped in sturdy cartons. If you need special packaging like individual blister packs, we can arrange that for bulk orders.
