The controller is DC with a 48V 20Ah battery, and the drive motor puts out 0.8kW—enough to handle a 10% grade without struggling. What it does is combine a 1.7m turning radius with solid PU wheels, so it maneuvers well in packed spaces, but we usually stock the lead battery version and the lithium takes about 20 days or so to get in.
We can customize the labeling or even the concentration if you're doing something specific, though teh standerd model is pretty much ready to go for most warehose operations. It's not suited for heavy-duty continuous use across a 24/7 shift—that's more in the sit-down rider territory. The IP54 rating keeps dust and splashes out, but don't submerge it.

The lead battery is cheaper upfront but heavier and needs regular maintenance like topping up electrolyte. The lithium battery is lighter, charges faster, and lasts more cycles, so it's better if you're running multiple shifts or need quick top-ups during the day.

The CTX-20A has a rated capacity of 2000kg at a 600mm load center. The 3000kg figure is for a different variant in the same series; double-check the model number on your order to make sure you get the one you need.
Keep it in a dry area above -10°C to avoid battery damage. For the lead battery, store it fully charged and top up water monthly; lithium can stay at 50% charge if you won't use it for weeks. Both are fine in normal warehouse temps.
