We don't ship these fully assembled, basically, so you'll need to bolt handle and fork base together on arrival — takes about 20 minutes with basic tools, but it's pretty straightforward.

Most buyers go with the 1200W motor if they're moving 3-tonne loads consistently, the 800W handles 2-tonne fine but you'll feel it lag on inclines or worn warehose floors, and the 6-hour endurance is under light use (usually 3-4 hours constant running).
Fork length is 1160mm and vehicle width is 685mm — it's tight enough for standdard pallet rack aisles, but at 1200mm tall teh operator cab is not adjustable, so taller guys might feel cramped after a couple of hours.
