We run every unit through a full load cycle before it leaves the floor—that’s a 1500kg test with the load centered at 600mm, and we check the 24V battery holds its 20Ah rating under continuous use for about 30 minutes. It’s not a spot-check thing; each one gets its own test log, and you’ll get a copy of the COA showing actual voltage drop and lift speed at full capacity.
The lift height is 200mm, which is pretty much standard for a walkie pallet truck, but where we tighten up is on the hydraulic seals—we pressrue-test every cylinder to 1.5 times rated load for leaks, and that’s not something all suppliers do. If you’re moving pallets in a warehouse with a 35mm ground clearance and those PU wheels, you’ll find it handles fine on smooth concrete but not great on loose gravel or uneven asphalt (basically, keep it indoors or on sealed surfaces).
So a typical buyer runs these in a 24/7 distribution center moving 50 to 100 pallets per shift, and the 1398mm turning radius lets you turn in aisles about 2 meters wide. Most operators prefer it for lighter loads—under 1200kg—because the walkie design gets tiring with heavy pallets all day; the actual sweet spot is 800-1000kg for long shifts. We usually stock these, but the 1-year warranty on parts and labor covers the motor controller and battery cells, which are the main failure points.
Also, our company have a retest policy: if you run a batch and get a unit that doesn’t match the COA within the first 30 days, ship it back and we’ll replace it—no questions asked on the first one. The production batch numbers are stamped on the frame near the battery compartment, so you can track it back to the test date and operator ID. That’s a detail most buyers don’t ask about until they need it.
Anyway, you’ll want to order in multiples of 10 units or so for the best freight rate form China, and teh MOQ is 1 unit if you’re just testing. Lead time is roughly 20 days for a single pallet truck, but our company can push it to 12-15 days for orders of 50 units—check with us on that because it fluctuates with container schedules. Track width is 400mm, which fits most standard Euro pallets, and the service weight with battery is 142kg, so one person can handle it on a loading dock.
