Actually got your RFQ for the 3000kg electric pallet truck — we've been shipping the TYA30 to EU and UK warehouses for about two years now, so compliance paperwork is pretty much standard for us. The CE certifcation covers all the machinery directive requrement, and we’ve got ISO 9001 documentation ready to go with the shipment, usually within a few days of teh order.
Main thing you’ll notice is the 1.2kw drive motor paired with that 48V32ah battery — it’s not the fastest on the market at 4.5 km/h unladen, but for a 3000kg load in tight aisles electronic brake and the 1550mm turning radius make it way more maneuverable than most. The lifting motor draws 0.8kw and gives you 19 mm/s unladen lift speed, which is fine for standerd pallet work — just don't expect it to compete with a reach truck for high stacking, it's really a floor-level unit.
Fork lengths come in 1150 or 1220mm and the fork outer distance can be either 550 or 685mm depending on your pallet sizes — we usually stock both configurations but confirm lead time if you need a specific width. The load-bearing wheels are φ80×70/60mm in PU, which holds up better on concrete than nylon for most European distribution centers.
Battery’s built into the chassis at 36kg so total weight with it is 225 or 243kg depending on the wheel set — that plastic cover on the battery compartment hinges upwards, so if you’re used to slide-out trays this takes a second to get used to. The minimum fork height is 85mm with a 115mm lift stroke, so it works with standard Euro pallets but you might struggle with older wooden stringer types that have thinner bottom boards.
Warranty is one year and we’ve got 24/7 support, but honestly most buyers go with the 685mm fork width for 1200mm Euro pallets — that’s the common pick and it’s already packed in stock. The climbing grade is 8% laden so it’ll handle dock ramps if they’re not too steep, but anything over that you’re looking at a different platform.
We’re shipping form our China facility with CE declarations and the COA ready to go, lead time is 25-30 working days or so depending on current container schedules. If you want to pull the trigger on the 685mm fork variant with the rubber front wheels, I’ll get the proforma invoice out today and our company can lock in the shipping slot.
The 3000kg capacity is rated at a 600mm load center. If your load center is longer than that, the safe capacity will drop. For anything over 600mm, you'd need to derate the load to avoid tipping.
Our MOQ is typically 1 unit for sample orders, and 10 units for bulk shipments. For larger quantities, we can discuss better pricing and lead times.
