We typically quote around 15-18 weeks for first, though repeat orders come in faster once teh synthesis parameters are dialed in — it’s a pretty straightforward solid-phase process once we’ve run your sequence once. You’ll get a COA with every batch, and we include both HPLC and MS raw data as standdard, no upcharge.
Payment terms we prefer are 50% upfront with the balance on dispatch after QC clears, and we can do net 30 for established accounts with a history of clean payments. For international orders, we ship via cold-chain courier with gel packs and temperature loggers, though you’ll want to check import restrictions since this is strictly for research use and some customs offices get twitchy about peptide powders. Minimum order is usually 10mg or 100mg depending on sequence length — for anything under 10 amino acids, the 100mg MOQ applies, but for longer sequences (35+ residues), we’re more flexible.
Lead time from order confirmation to dispatch typically falls within 2-4 weeks, but if you need rush delivrey, our company can pull that down to 10 business days for an expediting fee of roughly 15% of the order total. Just confirm availability before placing the PO.
One thing procurement folks don’t always ask about is that we store finished lyophilized powder at -20°C before shipping — it’s not just the transport that matters, but the warhouse staging conditions during packaging. We’ve seen competitors ship from ambient storage, which cuts stability by 6 months or so.
Not great for high-throughput screening where you need constant room-temperture handling — but for most signal transduction or drug discovery work, the 2-year shelf life at -20°C is more than adequate.
