Heavy-Duty Electric Pallet Lift Truck with High Load Capacity and Compact Design

Running a busy warehouse with narrow aisles and heavy pallets, you're probably looking at electric pallet jacks that won't bog down under 2 or 3 tonnes. Basically, you don't want a flimsy unit that struggles on a slight incline with a full load.

CBD20KD handles 2000kg, CBD25KD takes 2500kg, and CBD30KD pushes up to 3000kg—all with a 600mm load center and a lowered fork height of just 82mm. Travel speed hits 7.1 km/h unladen on the smaller two, or 9.2 km/h on the 3000kg model, which is noticeably quicker. AC motor with a CURTIS controller gives you smooth starts and stops, not jerky engagement.

Battery options: standard 24V 210AH for the 20KD, 240AH for the 25 and 30KD, or you can spec the 24V 280AH upgrade. We've had buyers go with the 280AH if they run double shifts—keeps you from swapping out mid-day. Lithium battery is optional, and if you take that route, you'll want the 24V 100A charger (standard is 30A). Lead time on lithium can be a bit longer, usually 20 days or so.

Fork length customiztion is available, and there's a cold storage option if you're working below freezing. The tiller is RUYI with ergonomic geometry—operator fatigue drops noticeably compared to older mechanical tillers. Overall width is 775mm, so it fits standard pallet racking without issues.

What you'll get with order: the truck itself, a 24V 30A charger, one set of keys, and a COA for the battery. Warranty is 1 year on the whole unit. We also include a basic manual—though if you need a detailed techncial spec sheet, just ask. Not ideal for outdoor use on rough surfaces; these are designed for smooth warehose floors.
