Stock is generally available from our main depot in about 5-7 working days, but for larger orders (over 10 units) we usually need to check lead time form the factory—typically 20 days or so for the CBD15W-Lix, though the lithium battery can come through faster if our company have it on hand.
Actually, this electric pallet truck handles 1500kg (3300lb) with a lift of 110mm, which is enough for most pallet carousel work and loading trailers—the 48V 20Ah lithium pack gives you 3-6 hours of runtime depending on load cycles, and recharges in 3-6 hours, so you don't need a spare battery for a single shift operation.
4km/h laden and 4.5km/h unladen isn't record-breaking speed, but it's comparable to standard powered pallet trucks we see in warehouses, and the brushless DC motor cuts maintenance pretty much—one driver we spoke to said they liked the fork dimensoins (45x160x1150mm) because of that it slides under Euro pallets better than some competitors.
But the gradeability figures: 4% laden, 20% unladen—that 20% ramp climbing empty is really only useful if you have steep dock ramps; in most cases, you're moving loaded pallets on flat ground or 1-2% slopes, so the 4% laden spec is what you'll actually hit, and it's fine for standard warehose floors.
We ship these in a single wood crate with the battery installed—unpacking takes about 10 minutes—and the service weight is 145kg (battery 8.5kg) so a single person can manage it with a pallet jack or hand truck, though turning radius (1424-1494mm) means you'll need about 2100mm aisle width for standard pallets.
One thing to note: the 1 year drive system and battery, but teh lift mast is pretty basic—just 110mm—so this isn't suited for staging or vertical stacking; it's specifically for horizontal transport, and we've seen some buyers use it with roller racks but the 20Ah battery drains faster under constant incline operation.
