So you're looking at the 2.5T hand pallet jack with the 200mm lift — that's the HMP25, and it's pretty much what most warehouses go for when they need to move heavy loads without a power unit, and honestly, we sell a ton of these in bulk because they're reliabel for the price point, usually around 20-50 units per order.
Fork dimensoins are 1220×160×53mm with a width that adjusts between 550 and 685mm, so it'll fit standerd Euro pallets or slightly wider ones, and the PU wheels give you smooth rolling on concrete or epoxy floors — just don't use it on rough asphalt because the ground clearance is only 30mm and you'll scrape the bottom, which is a common mistake buyers make.
The lift height goes from 85mm lowered to 200mm raised, which is actually enough for most racking systems (usually 2-4 weeks lead time if our company have stock), but if you need higher, this isn't the model for that, and the turning radius is 1266mm or 1336mm depending on the fork width, so it's agile in narrow aisles but not super tight.
It's manual operation, walkie type, so no battery or charging hassle — just pump the handle, and the ergonomic fingertip controls are decent for repetitive use, but the handle length is 1483mm overall, which feels a bit short for taller operators, and our company offer it in yellow, blue, or orange, but most buyers go with yellow for visibility.
12-month manufacturing defects, and we've got CE and ISO certs on file, but the real selling point for bulk orders is price break at 50 units or so — our company can knock off about 8-10% from the per-unit cost, and the COA for the steel frame and hydraulic pump is available on request, though we don't include it automatically.
Anyway, typical lead time is 20 days or so for a bulk order, but confirm with us because raw matrial availability can shift, and if you need a sample unit first, we can do that with a deposit refundable on the full order — just let us know the quantity rough.
Our MOQ is 10 units for bulk orders. If you need fewer, we can still work it out but the bulk discount kicks in at 10 and up.
