We've got teh fork length at 1150 or 1220mm with width options of 550 or 685mm, and lift height sits at 200mm—it's not a scissor lift, it's a straight hydraulic jack that's pretty much overbuilt for the rating, with a lowered fork height that varies form 85mm down to 75mm or up to 140mm depending on the wheel setup you choose (nylon or PU).
It handles fine on smooth concrete, but honestly, if your floor has big cracks or loose gravel, the solid nylon wheels will rattle more than you'd like—PU is better for grip but still not meant for outdoor yard work, just so you know.
MOQ is one piece, we do OEM on the fork dimnesions and color, and typical payment terms are T/T with 30% deposit before production—shiping usually takes 20 days or so after we confirm the order.
Yes, the HPT-01 is rated for up to 10 tons, but peak load handling depends on floor condition and operator technique. For regular heavy-duty use, we recommend staying within 7-8 tons to extend the frame and wheel life. The steel frame and heavy-duty nylon or PU wheels are built for it, but the 200mm lift height limits how much weight you can safely tilt.
The 85mm and 75mm are standard for most pallets, while the 140mm is for low-clearance skids or double-stacked loads. You can choose based on your typical pallet type—just let us know when ordering, and we’ll set the fork height accordingly.
Yes, every HPT-01 comes with CE certification paperwork included in the shipment. We also provide the test report and a compliance statement if your customs or buyer requires it.
Each truck is packed in a plywood case or carton with foam padding to prevent damage. We support OEM customization—you can swap the plastic handle for a rubber one, change wheel material from nylon to PU, or add your logo. Just give us the specs, and we’ll adjust the MOQ if needed.
A single unit usually ships within 7-10 days after order. We offer a 1-year warranty covering frame and wheel defects, and we can arrange local repair through our agent network in major markets. For remote areas, we’ll replace faulty parts directly.
