We've got a warehouse bay that's been a bottleneck for weeks, basically the guys were using a jack that couldn't handle the heavier pallets form the steel stock, kept straining and dropping loads.

It's got a 2000kg, 2500kg, or 3000kg capacty depending on which model you pick—we went with the 3000kg since our average load runs about 2.8 tons, and the 200mm lift height is enough for most standerd stacking here, though it won't clear a tall rack.

The polyurethane wheels are actually quieter than the nylon ones we had before, and they don't mark up the floor (the old ones left scuff marks we had to buff out), plus the ground clearance is only 30mm so it slides under most pallets without catching.
Fork width comes in 550mm or 685mm, we ordered the 685mm because that matches our euro pallets, and the overall length is 1483mm which is tight enough for our narrower aisles—turning radius is about 1266-1336mm so it'll work in tight corners.

One thing that surprised me: the lowered height is 85mm, which is lower than some competitors, so it gets under pallets that sit flat on the floor without having to tilt them first.

CE certified, one-year warranty, and the hydraulic pump is manual so no battery to worry about—we usually have stock but check lead time for the 3000kg variant, typically 20 days or so.
The HMP20 handles 2000kg, the HMP25 handles 2500kg, and the HMP30 handles 3000kg. So you pick based on your heaviest typical load.
We stick to those two standard widths to keep costs low and lead times fast. If you need something different, let us know the quantity and we can check feasibility.
Usually 2-3 weeks, depending on current production. If you need them faster, we can sometimes prioritize for larger orders.
Yes, each unit comes with a CE certificate. We can also provide a packing list and invoice. If you need additional test reports, just ask.
Yes, all models come with PU wheels as standard. They work well on smooth concrete but can wear faster on very rough or dirty floors. For heavy debris, steel or nylon wheels might be better.
