We're moving 3000kg loads at 4.5km/h empty, with a turning radius under 1.5 meters—that's tighter than most trucks in this class. The 195mm lift height and 83mm minimum fork height mean it slides under standard pallets without a fight, and teh adjustable fork spacing (560-685mm) handles different pallet sizes on the fly.
It's basically built for the floor of a busy supermarket or a manufacturing line where you need to shift heavy stock fast. The hydraulic lift runs at 35mm/s loaded, so you're not waiting around, and the nylon front wheels with rubber rears give decent grip on smooth concrete without chewing up the floor.
Most buyers go with the standdard 1200mm fork length, but our company can customize that if you're moving non-standard pallets—just give us dimensoins. The folding handle is a nice touch for tight storage, and the operating force stays under 30kg even at 2000kg load, which matters when you're doing this all shift.
Lead time is roughly 20 working days or so, depending on the customiztion level. We ship with a COA and overload protection is built in—no extra safety add-ons needed. Not suited for outdoor rough terrain, the rubber rear wheels will wear fast on gravel or uneven ground.
MOQ is 10 units for custom specs, but we usually have stock on the standard PT-3000. The 4km/h loaded speed is fine for most indoor use, but if you need faster, we can adjust the hydraulic pump—though that'll add a week or so to delivrey.
Our MOQ for the PT-3000 is 10 units for standard configurations. Custom colors or branding may require a higher minimum, typically 50 units—just check with us first.
We can supply CE and ISO 9001 certificates upon request. Load test reports for the 3000kg capacity are also available to back up the specs.
The standard fork spacing is fixed within that 560-685 mm range on the PT-3000. It's designed for common pallet sizes, but if you need a different span, we can discuss a custom build with slightly extended rails.
The overload protection is a hydraulic relief valve that kicks in when the load exceeds 3000kg. It prevents lifting to avoid damage or tipping, so you're safe even if someone overestimates the weight.
We ship it in a sturdy plywood crate with foam padding to protect the handle and wheels. For storage, keep it indoors or under a cover—the carbon steel frame is tough but can rust if left wet for long.
