30mm ground clearance might sound low, but it's actually enough for most dock plates and thresholds you'll encounter. The rubber grip on teh handle is comfortable even after a long shift, and the overall length of 1483mm keeps truck nimble in tight corners. It's not suited for steep ramps or uneven outdoor surfaces — that's just a fact, and we don't pretend otherwise.
Also, our company can do OEM customiaztion on the fork width or handle color if you need a specific look for your fleet, but the standard 550mm option covers about 80% of what buyers typically run. CE, BV, and ISO certifications are included on every unit — we usually have stock, but confirm lead time if you need more than 50 units or so. The 12-month the hydraulic system and frame, though the PU wheels are consumable and that's pretty standard across the industry.
Anyway, the hydraulic lift system is maintenance-free in most cases, which saves you the headache of bleeding lines or replacing seals every few months. One thing we've noticed is that the 3000kg model is noticeably heavier to pump up compared to the 2000kg version — it's just physics, but for lighter loads you might prefer the smaller capacity. The 5L drum of hydraulic fluid we recommend for top-ups isn't included, but you'll probably only need it after a year or so of heavy use.
