Lead time is roughly 60 to 120 days, which is longer than some smaller units, but that's because customization is available — you can adjust the fork width between 520mm and 685mm, and we usually have stock on the more common configurations, though you'll want to confirm lead time for custom builds.
One thing we've noticed from handling these is that the entry/exit rollers at the fork tips really help when you're sliding under loaded pallets that are slightly off-level, and the integrated pump with safety overload system prevents you from lifting beyond rated capacity — it's not designed for continuous high-cycle operations like a powered truck, but for general warehose use it's solid.

Each truck is built to a specific capacity between 1T and 5T, not a range per unit. So you pick the capacity that matches your load — 1T, 2T, 3T, 5T, etc. — and we'll configure it accordingly.
The fork length is adjustable within 1150-1220mm, but it's set at the factory based on your needs. If you need a different length later, you'd have to order a new set of forks.

Yes, we can supply mill test certificates for the steel and a load test report for each truck. Just let your sales rep know you need those documents, and we'll include them with the shipment.
We usually ship them on pallets with shrink wrap and corner protectors. For larger orders, we can use plywood crates if you need extra protection during sea freight.
