The ergonomic design features a rubber-wrapped handle for comfortable operation and a 3-position control (raise, lower, neutral) for precise load handling. The integrated casting pump with safety overload system ensures reliable performance under heavy loads.
Key features include entry/exit rollers for smooth pallet handling, reinforced fork frames for stability, and solid steel lifting rods for extra strength. The polyurethane wheels provide low rolling resistance and long service life.
Available in multiple configurations with fork lengths from 1150mm to 1220mm and widths from 520mm to 685mm. Special requirements can be accommodated including different wheel materials (nylon or polyurethane) and custom load capacities.
The quick lift function activates automatically when handling loads under 2500kg, improving efficiency for lighter materials. The tandem load wheel design prevents rope entanglement and improves stability.
All units undergo 100% testing before shipment and come with a 1-year warranty. OEM branding and custom specifications are available upon request.
