A buyer's custoemr is moving pallets of steel brackets or cement bags across a concrete warhouse floor, and they need something that can handle 2.5 tons without the operator breaking a sweat—this electric pallet stacker does that, basically. It's not for loading trucks or uneven ground, so keep it on flat, hard surfaces like finished concrete.
Teh 270Ah battery gives you about 6 hours of run time under load at 6 km/h, which is pretty much a full shift for most operations. We've got the 24V system paired with a Curtis AC controller that makes acceleration smooth rather than jerky, and that matters when you're maneuvering in tight aisles with a 1665mm turning radius.
One thing you'll notice handling it is the side-pull battery structure—it's a simple slide-out design that lets you swap batteries in minutes if you have a spare, though we usually stock the standard lead-acid type. The lift height is 205mm, so it's strictly for lifting pallets off the floor, not stacking racks, and the fork outside spacing is either 550mm or 685mm depending on your pallet width.
Weight with the battery is 790kg, give or take, and the AC drive motor is better than DC for sustained use because of that it doesn't overheat as quickly. The imported hydraulic power unit is relaible enough, but we've seen some buyers go with the 2.0-ton version if their loads are consistently lighter—it's a tighter tolerance on the controller for lower weights.
MOQ is usually one unit, and we include a CE certifcate with each shipment. The lead time is typically 20 days or so, but confirm before ordering if you're in a rush because we've had occasional delays on the 270Ah batteries. You'll get the pallet truck strapped to a wooden pallet with the battery installed and charged, ready to roll out of crate.
