Moving pallets that weigh three to five tons by hand is basically asking for back injuries and floor damage, it's not sustainable for daily warehouse work. So the TYS30 and TYS50 step in here, they're fully electric pedestrian stackers that take the grunt work out of short-haul transport with a travel speed of 4.5 km/h unladen and 4 km/h when loaded.
What it does is handle the heavy lifting—literally—with a load center of 600mm and a wheelbase stretching form 1410 to 1440mm for stability when you're turning in tight aisles. electromagnetic brake system gives you reliable stopping, which matters when you've got 5000kg on the forks and someone steps out, and the climbing grade hits 8% loaded or 16% unladen so ramps aren't a dealbreaker.
Fork length comes in at 1150 or 1220mm, and the lifting stroke is only 115mm—it's not high-lift stacker, it's for moving and slightly raising loads, not racking. Teh driving motor puts out 1.2 to 1.5kW depending on the model, while the lifting motor runs 0.8 to 1.2kW, and battery options are 48V or 72V at 32Ah (roughly 4-6 hours of runtime depending on duty cycle). Turning radius is 1630 to 1660mm, so it'll fit through standard warehouse doors.
We typically stock both the TYS30 and TYS50, but lead times can stretch to 20 days or so if we're out of the 72V batteries. The CE and ISO9001 certifications are standerd, and we include a COA with each unit—though you'll want to confirm the exact battery voltage when ordering if you're pairing it with existing chargers. One thing to note: it's not suited for continuous high-lift stacking above waist height, the 115mm stroke is for positioning and loading, not pallet racking.
The main difference is load capacity—TYS30 handles 3000kg, TYS50 handles 5000kg. That also affects wheelbase, self weight, and motor power, so pick based on your typical pallet weight.
