They're not meant for ultra-high-pressure aerospace systems or anything like that — the max working pressure hits 3000PSI or 6000PSI depending on the style you pick, but for agricultural gear and engineering trucks, that's typically plenty, and the compatibility with Parker Standard means you can swap them straight in without hassle.
We've got straight, 45° elbow, and 90° elbow configs available, and teh size range runs form 1/8" to 4" with connection options covering Metric, BSP, BSPT, NPT, JIC, ORFS, Flange, or Banjo — so basically most hydraulic setups you'd run into on a tractor or excavator. (The zinc plating holds up for 120 hours in salt spray, which is better than a lot of bare steel adapters you'll find.)
About those surface treatment specs — what it does is give you decent corrosion resisance for outdoor work, but don't expect it to survive submerged in saltwater for weeks; it's more for rain, mud, and field conditions where most buyers see it hold up fine for a couple seasons.
Lead time on stock items runs 3-5 days, usually, though custom orders take 30-45 days or so depending on thread complexity. We include COAs with each batch, and there's a 12-month guarantee on manufacturing defects, but you'll want to confirm stock levels before ordering for larger quantities.
Also, while they're carbon steel — not stainlss — they hold up well for most agricultural work where cost matters more than total corrosion immunity, and the 6000PSI rated versions are pretty much what we ship most for high-flow implements. Just check thread type against your equiment if you're mixing Metric and BSP systems, as that mismatch causes issues fairly often.
We don't have a strict MOQ for custom orders, but small batches under 100 pieces might have a slightly higher per-unit price. Typical custom runs start around 200–500 pieces for cost efficiency.
