For a full production run of, say, 500+ units, expect around 4-6 weeks from design approval. Smaller quantities can ship in 2-3 weeks, depending on customization complexity.
We pack each cylinder individually in rust-proof VCI paper, then strap them to wooden pallets and wrap with stretch film. For sea freight, we add a waterproof outer layer and fumigation-treated crates.
