Our rubber hoses can be customized in length (ranging from 20 to 200 meters) and in special shapes according to customers' specific requests. We can produce hoses with either smooth or cloth - wrapped covers, depending on what the customer needs. OEM or ODM is warmly welcomed by our company, allowing you to have products with your own brand. We also provide free samples for you to evaluate the quality of our products.
Currently, our hoses are available in multiple colors, including black, grey, red, blue, and yellow. Moreover, we can offer hose crimping assembly services for our customers, helping you get ready - to - use hose assemblies.
Regarding the production time, for orders with a quantity of 1 - 500 pieces, the estimated production time is 20 days; for 501 - 10000 pieces, it is 35 days; and for orders with a quantity over 10000 pieces, the production time will be negotiated. The delivery time usually ranges from 5 to 30 days, which generally depends on the quantity of your order and our inventory status.
Our rubber hose products comply with multiple international standards, namely DIN, ANSI, GB, and JIS. They are made of high - quality materials such as Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel, with a specification range of 1/4" ~ 2". These hoses are classified as fluid connectors and are suitable for transporting mediums like water, oil, and gas.
