If your custmer works a construction site with loose gravel or uneven concrete, they need something that won't bog down or tip — this is where the all-terrain design actually matters, not just a label on a box.
We've had guys running these on muddy warehouse lots and they come back for a second unit within a month or so, mostly because the steering arc of 210° lets them pivot in tight spots where a standard jack would jam up.
The pump is AC hydraulic, so it's pretty much same internals as our full-size units but scaled down — you get smooth lifting form 80mm up to 200mm, and the 115mm lift height is enough for most pallets without over-travel issues.
You can choose between PU or nylon wheels depending on your floor type — nylon gives you lower rolling resisance on concrete (better for long straight pulls), but PU handles marble or tile better without marking the surface.
Fork width comes in two options: inner width of 230mm or 365mm, outside width 550mm or 685mm — most buyers go with the wider setup for euro pallets, but teh 160mm single fork width is what it is, no customization there.
Lead time is usually 20-25 days for standard black, but we can do custom colors or OEM branding if you need it — just confirm MOQ first because we don't keep every variant in stock.
Our standard MOQ is 10 units for stock colors, but we can discuss lower quantities for sample orders or trial runs. Customizations like size or color may have a different MOQ, so just let us know what you need.
For standard models, lead time is usually 15-20 working days after order confirmation. Customized orders might take a bit longer, depending on the specs.
Yes, all our HG-AC 2.0 units come with CE, ISO, and GS certifications. We can provide copies of the certificates upon request.
PU wheels are softer and offer better grip on uneven terrain, plus they're gentler on floors. Nylon wheels are harder, more wear-resistant, and better for smooth surfaces. For rough surfaces, we usually recommend PU.
