It's basically a 50 to 1000 ton double acting jack with a 50-300mm stroke, and the piston rod is hard chrome plated 45# steel, which holds up better than standard chrome on the rod surface, plus the baked enamel exterior handles outdoor exposure pretty well.

Certifications are CE and ISO 9001:2008, but what matters more is that we run a random retest policy—if a batch shows any deviation on the COA, we pull the whole lot and retest before shippng, though in most cases the HPLC and pressure data come back consistent.

The built-in safety valve and piston stop ring are standard, not optional add-ons, and that's something we see a lot of buyers overlook until they're dealing with over-pressurization—so it's a detail that saves headaches.

Lead time is 7-15 working days for a single unit or so, and the MOQ is just one, which is actually better than most custom hydraulic suppliers that want a minimum of 5 or 10 units for a series like this.

For shipbuilding or bridge construction, the 700 bar working pressrue is fine, but it's not suited for continuous high-speed cycles—the double acting design helps with return speed, but the stroke length limits you to about 300mm max, so check your travel before ordering.
