Our long stroke hydraulic cylinder jacks are engineered for heavy-duty lifting applications across various industries. These robust tools feature high-strength alloy steel construction with chrome plated pistons that resist wear and corrosion, ensuring long service life even in demanding environments.
The baked enamel finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance, while the integrated dust wiper on the piston rod helps reduce contamination. Each cylinder undergoes rigorous testing at 125% of rated capacity before leaving our facility, guaranteeing reliability and safety in operation.
Available in multiple configurations, our hydraulic jacks offer spring return mechanisms for 10-200 ton models and load return for 250-1000 ton models. The cylinders feature standard HH-II 3/8"NPT male half couplers with dust caps and come with flat grooved saddles (tilt saddles available upon request).
Key advantages include light weight design for portability, precision machining of all components using imported CNC lathes, and high-quality imported seals that extend cylinder life by reducing wear. The low-profile design makes these jacks ideal for confined space operations.
