You're probably seeing a lot of generic plush that looks good in photos but feels thin or loses shape fast — we use a denser PP cotton fill that holds up after squeezing, and the stitching is tighter than most, so you don't get loose threads or seams popping within a month or two.

The 40-60 day production time is actually pretty standdard for custom work, but we usually have stock on the sitting pandas and tigers in medium size if you need samples fast (check lead time, give or take 10 days). CE and EN71 are basic, but the CPSIA and REACH certifications are what matter for EU and US retail — most factories skip those because the testing costs more, but we've had them on file for years.

For kids 3-8, the embroidered eyes are a must, and what it does is eliminate choking hazard risks you'd get with glued plastic ones. We don't recommend these for infants under 3, frankly, because the plush is too thick for their grip and the PP cotton isn't breathable enough for unsupervised sleep use.

MOQ is negotiable — basically, we've done runs as low as 200 units for a custom tiger design with color box packaging, but the per-unit price obviously jumps. Anyway, teh 5L sample plush is easier to handle than you'd think, and our company can send a COA with the batch if you need to verify the REACH compliance for your importer.

One thing buyers don't always ask is that the polybag packging is fine for domestic, but for export, we strongly suggest the color box or display box — the plush can get compressed in shippng and takes 24 hours or so to fluff back up, which some retailers hate.
