It trips when things get hot or the current spikes, pretty much standerd job for a miniature circuit breaker in a distribution board. What it does is cut the circuit fast enough to stop wires from melting or catching fire, and we've found the 6000A short-circuit capacity handles most residential and light commercail faults without issue.

The making capacity sits at 10000A, and the electro-mechanicla endurance is 10,000 cycles—so it's not going to wear out after a few years of occasional flipping. Terminal connections accept 25mm² rigid conductors.
CE and CB certified, plus CCC and ISO9001, which is what most export buyers need for compliance paperwork. The protection degree is IP20 (basically finger-safe but not waterproff), so it's meant for indoor panel mounting only—don't use this in outdoor enclosures without additional sealing.
We usually have stock for the common ratings like 16A and 32A single-pole, but the 4P and 63A variants might need a lead time of 20 days or so. MOQ is typically 50 units per model, though our company can flex for mixed orders. Clear contact position indication is built in, and there's a padlock provision for lockout/tagout during maintenance.
One thing you don't see on every spec sheet: the residual current off-time is ≤0.3s, so it reacts quickly to earth faults. Not all MCBs in this class are that tight. Anyway, for export, you'll want the CE marking stamped on the unit itself—our COAs confirm it, and we include them with every batch.
Yes, you can mix any pole configurations—1P, 2P, 3P, 4P, 1P+N, or 3P+N—in a single order. Just specify the quantities for each type when you place the order.
For custom labeling, the MOQ is 500 units per pole configuration. Standard unlabeled units have a lower MOQ of 100 pieces.
Yes, we include copies of the CE and CB certificates and test reports with every export shipment. We can also send them electronically before shipping if you need them for customs clearance.
Lead time for 2000 units of 2P breakers is typically 20-25 working days after order confirmation and deposit. If you need them faster, we can sometimes expedite for a small surcharge.
The CKYB2-65 is designed for panel mounting, not DIN rail. It uses screw terminals and pillar terminals with clamp, so you'll need to mount it directly onto the panel surface with the provided hardware.
