The DF-20 hydraulic rotary drilling rig is a professional-grade construction equipment designed for demanding foundation work. Featuring a robust steel track crawler chassis with integrated construction dozer, this rig delivers exceptional stability and site preparation capabilities.
With drilling capabilities ranging from 500mm to 1500mm in diameter and depths up to 30 meters, this versatile machine is perfect for bridge piling, concrete punching, and various foundation applications. The hydraulic system delivers smooth operation with 24000N.m maximum output torque at adjustable speeds of 10-30 RPM.
The rig comes equipped with a powerful 125KW Cummins turbocharged diesel engine with water cooling system, ensuring reliable performance in various working conditions. The mast features ±4° sidewards inclination and 4° forwards adjustment for precise drilling angle control.
Safety features include a 10KN auxiliary winch with 50m/min lifting speed and comprehensive pressure monitoring systems (25MPa working pressure, 12MPa pilot pressure). The crawler chassis provides excellent mobility with 2km/h travel speed and 25° maximum climbing ability.
