The five-axis coordinated dental milling machine is designed for high-precision chairside CAD/CAM applications in dental clinics and laboratories. With its innovative five-axis movement and precision spindle technology, this dental milling machine achieves remarkable 3μm repeatability for consistent, high-quality results. The system supports both wet and dry milling modes, making it versatile for processing various dental materials including zirconia, PMMA, wax, hybrid materials, and feldspar-type ceramics.
The machine features a large angle cutting capability with 360° rotation in the A-axis and 25° in the B-axis, allowing for complex geometries and undercuts. The high-speed spindle operates at 15,000-60,000 rpm, ensuring efficient material removal while maintaining precision.
Key applications include fabrication of full crowns, inner crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays/onlays, and upper implant restorations. The system is also capable of producing ultra-thin veneers down to 0.3mm thickness for aesthetic restorations.
The dental milling machine offers multiple data transmission options including wired, wireless, and USB connectivity for seamless integration with CAD software. The pneumatically-powered automatic tool changing system supports three different bur sizes (0.5mm, 1.0mm, and 2.0mm) for various milling requirements.
With compact dimensions of 415×588×578mm and weighing 95kg, this professional-grade dental milling solution fits comfortably in clinical settings while delivering laboratory-grade precision. The system operates on standard 220V/50-60Hz power and requires oil-free, water-free air pressure of 4.5-6.0 Bar.

Upon unboxing, the build quality is immediately apparent—it feels solid, premium, and meticulously engineered. While I haven't begun operational use yet to comment on performance, the first impressions regarding the physical product and the logistical handling are outstanding.
