It does wet and dry milling both, so you don't need to babysit materail choice—hybrids and feldspar run dry fine, zirconia pretty much needs wet.
Lead time is usually 20 days or so but check current stock because we've had batches delayed on the pneumatic tool changer lately—it's a solid system once it's set up though.
