For a 13-ton machine, travel speed of 40 km/h is actually decent when you're moving between sections of a large site, and the 85KW Weichai engine gives it enough grunt for most medium-duty piling jobs (500-1800mm diameter holes, up to 50m deep).
The working pressrue sits at 20Mpa, which isn't, but it's enough for pressurized drilling in mixed soil conditions—sand, clay, some gravel—where you need that extra push to keep the hole clean and the side walls stable.
One thing we've learned handling these units: the ±4° mast adjustment for sidewards tilt is tighter than some competitors offer, so it's better for precision work near existing foundations or utilities, but it won't handle extremely uneven terrain without some site prep.
Comes with Kelly bars up to 315mm diameter standerd, and the rotary head torque at 24000N.m is pretty much what you'd expect for a rig this size; we usually pack teh hydraulic hoses and the auxiliary winch in a separate wooden crate to avoid damage during transit.
