The packaing is standerd foam-lined cartons, nothing special, but it keeps the unit safe during transit and we've never had damage claims from it.

It's basically a color Doppler with 4D imaging software and a 15-inch high-resolution LCD, and what it does in practice is handle B, M, CFM, PW, and triplex modes all in one go — so you're not switching machines for vascular work. Most buyers go with the vascular package because of that it's got vessel measurement tools like PW scroll and auto trace built in, which saves time on upper and lower limb exams. The hard disk is 500GB or bigger (check the exact size when you order, it varies by batch), and you get full DICOM support for hospital integration.

4 USB ports on side, AC100-240V power supply, and it weighs light enough to cart between rooms — actually easier to handle than some laptops I've moved. It's not built for heavy OB/GYN scanning though, there's better dedicated systems for that, but for vascular and basic abdominal it's solid.
