Been seeing a lot of demand for custom plush toys that actually feel good in hand—the 418SS-30 model hits that with 100% PP cotton filling and a short plush outer material, giving it a dense but soft touch that most buyers go for in bulk orders. It's roughly 30 cm tall, so you're getting something that works well on a shelf or as a cuddle toy. CE and EN71 certified, which we usually have on file.

Hand-made all the way, and that's actually a selling point here because it gives each doll a consistent look without that machine-perfect stiffness. The design comes from cartoon characters, but you can customize the trademark easily—basically, your artwork gets translated into a pattern, and we handle the rest. 3D sampling takes about 15 days or so.

1 PC per polybag is the standard unit packaging, nothing fancy but protects teh plush during transit. You'll want to check MOQ, though—we run at about 500 pieces per style for custom orders, give or take depending on complexity. Not ideal for single-unit sampling, but for a run of 1000 or more, the cost per unit drops pretty quick.

One thing we've noticed is that the PP cotton holds shape well after washing—tested it a few times, and it doesn't clump like some cheaper fills. But don't expect it to hold up to rough play for very young kids, as the recommended age is 3 years and above for a reason. COA and TDS are provided with each batch, and we can do HPLC on the cotton if requested.

30 days or so for production once the design is finalized, and shippng form China via sea freight is typical for wholsale orders. The HS code is 9503002100, so customs classification is straightforward for most regions.
