The 7-inch LCD touch screen is pretty much the brains of the operation, letting you select between Quick (about 28 minutes), Standard, or Enhanced cycles that can stretch to 75 minutes. 120-liter chamber can hold a decent surgical set, though we also see facilities ordering the 150L or 200L for larger OR volumes. 60L or 90L work fine for a smaller clinic.
And hydrogen peroxide plasma technology leaves no toxic residue — so instruments are ready to use right after the cycle ends, no aeration period like with ethylene oxide. We've had buyers in dental practices pair this with their surgical trays, but it's not suited for textiles or powders, that's a hard no.
It uses an automatic vertical sliding door (makes loading trays one-handed easier) and full stainles steel interior. CE and ISO13485 certs are standdard — we include COAs with each unit. 220V power supply is what it needs. You'll want to confirm dimensoins for your door clearance before ordering though. There's a tempearture alarm and built-in process recording — basically logs every cycle for compliance paperwork. Most buyers we deal with go with teh 120L for general-purpose hospital equipment sterilization.
