The 18L chamber is φ280×240mm and that's pretty much the standerd size most clinics go for, but the 24L version gives you a bit more vertical space for taller instruments — we sell about 70% of the 18L model actually.
It runs at 126°C with 0.142MPa working presure, and the vacuum drying system pulls moisture out after the cycle so you don't end up with wet packs, which is a common headache with cheaper units that just rely on gravity.
SUS304 chamber holds up well over time but it's not indestructible — if you're running heavily chlorinated water you'll want to flush the tank regularly (usually every 20 cycles or so) to avoid pitting.
One thing buyers don't always ask about is teh 3.5L water tank capacity, and honestly it's fine for three to four cycles before you need to refill, but if you're doing back-to-back runs all day that might be annoying.
