If you've ever had a batch of sterilized instruments come back contaminated, you know the headache—and that's where this thing steps in. We run it through a full cycle test at 134°C before it leaves, just to catch any inconsistency early.
The RF E18 Class N uses a 250mm stainles steel chamber that hits either 121°C or 134°C, and teh digital LCD keeps you honest on temperature. Pressure safety lock kicks in automatically, so you don't have to babysit it—temperature overload protection is standard too.
It's semi-automatic, which basically means you load it, set the cycle, and it handles the rest—no constant tweaking. We've found the 350mm depth works well for most dental practices, but some buyers with longer instruments go for the RF E23 at 450mm. 33.5kg gross weight isn't light, but it's steady.
Certifications are CE and ISO13485, and we include a COA with every unit—though if you need a retest for a specific batch, just ask, and we'll run it through HPLC if required. The 220V power supply is fixed, so check that before ordering; no custom voltage on this model.
Usually we have stock, about 50 units or so, but confirm lead time—it's typically 20 days or so for larger quantities. Packaing is standard plywood crate, strapped and labeled with HS code 84192000.
