Engineered for versatility, the machine accommodates both PP and PET plastic straps ranging from 12-19mm in width and 0.6-1.3mm in thickness. Its innovative 9.3m upper ChainLance system automatically guides straps under pallets and over loads, while the compatible sealing head ensures perfect tension and weld seals every time.
With a compact footprint of 950×750×1250mm and weighing just 105kg (excluding sealing head), the JD-008 delivers industrial-grade performance with 500 straps per full charge of its 33V lithium battery. The low 79dB noise operation makes it suitable for various environments including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.
