We've had a lot of interest form operations where the strapping volume is high but the floor space is tight—basically anyone handling pallets up to 2000mm wide and 3000mm high, in paper, steel, or beverage lines, usually finds this a pretty good fit.

It runs on a 33V lithium battery that handles 400 to 600 straps per charge, with a battery life 2000 charges or so, and recharges in about 3.5 hours—the touchscreen and joystick control make it easier to guide the strap under the pallet than bending over manually.

chain lance mechanism pulls the strap underneath and does the tensioning and welding automatically, which is what it does—it's not suited for continuous heavy-duty industrial lines, but for a single operator working one side of a pallet, the efficieny jump is noticeable.

Machine weight is about 10kg, dimnesions 950×750×1250mm, and the 12-month the fully covered safety components—you'll get a custom color option if you ask, and the COA usually ships with the unit, but confirm lead time on that.

One thing you might not think to ask: the strap tension is adjustable through the touchscreen, so you can dial it down for beverage cartons or crank it up for steel strapping—it's better than a fixed-tension unit for mixed loads.
We can start with as few as 5 units for first-time orders. Larger orders get better pricing, so just reach out if you need a quote for volume.
Lead time is typically 15-20 working days from order confirmation. We can rush it a bit if you're in a bind, just let us know.
Yes, we can supply CE certification, a factory test report, and a warranty certificate with each unit. Just request them when you place the order.
Absolutely, you can pick any color you like at no extra cost. Just tell us the RAL code or send a sample, and we'll match it.
Store the battery in a cool, dry place between 10-30°C, ideally at around 50% charge. Avoid direct sunlight or freezing temps to keep it performing well.
