We’ve ordered the UV-12W sterilizer mainly because of the 304 stainless steel casing and the tight pressure rating of 0.8MPa—that holds well for our water dispenser integration lines.
It's basically a 10W UV unit with an IP68 rating, which is pretty unusual for this price point and means our company can mount it in wet areas without worrying about ingress.
For the appliction, it’s designed for water dispensers and household purifiers but explicitly not for direct drinking water without further treatment, so we’ll pair it with a sediment pre-filter.
The MOQ of 200 pieces for custom logos is a bit high for our current volume, but the standard model is avaliable and stock usually runs about 5 days lead time or we negotiate if it’s tight.
