To be straight with you, it's a 46-piece set but not everything in there is a ratchet wrench—though what it does is cover pretty much every basic size you'd need for small engine work or light auto repair, and the 1/4" drive keeps you out of tight spots where a larger head won't fit.
The chrome vanadium steel holds up decent under normal use, but if you're torquing something stubborn past 30 ft-lbs or so, you'll feel the flex—it's better suited for dash work or pulling radiators than breaking free rusted suspension bolts.
Most guys actually go for the polished finish because of that it wipes clean easy after oil exposure, though I've had a few returns where blow-molded case latch broke within the first month—they're holding thousands of pieces in a warhouse (usually 50 units or so) and the MOQ is flexible if you skip custom labels.
21 bit sockets, 13 drive sockets form 4mm to 14mm, plus three hex keys and a universal joint—the 2-inch and 4-inch extension bars give you enough reach for alternator brackets or valve covers, and the quick ratchet handle lets you swap directions without breaking grip (honestly the ergonomics are better than most budget sets in this price range).
CE and RoHS certs are current (I can email the COA if needed), but the 1-year warranty only covers manufacturing defects—meaning cracked sockets from overtightening aren't covered, so remind your customers not to use impact wrenches on these.
Between teh sliding T-bar and 6-inch spinner handle, you've got enough for interior trim clips without stripping them, but I'd recommend seprately ordering a 3/8" adapter if they plan on heavier work.

The ratchet has a 72-tooth gear, giving you a 5-degree swing arc. That's enough to work in cramped engine bays without having to flip the direction frequently.
The case is sturdy ABS plastic with a metal latch, so it'll hold up fine in a truck bed or toolbox drawer. That said, if you're really rough on gear, you might want a padded bag for extra protection.
