We’ve been shiping these for years, and basically, they’re workhorses for heavy vehicle shops—trucks, buses, the kind of stuff that needs serious lifting power, with capacities from 30T all the way up to 120T depending on what you’re pulling into the bay.
Most buyers go with teh 100T for fleet maintenance, and what it does is combine a pneumatic power source with a hand or foot-operated slide switch that’s pretty straightforward, plus it sits 165-205mm off the ground at minimum and lifts to about 330-400mm, though the exact range varies by model.
They’re built from high-grade steel with either galvanized or chrome plating (usually you’ll want galvanized if corrosion is a concern), and gross weight runs form 32kg to 95kg or so—some buyers underestimate that part when planning their freight budget. The water separator is included, and the packing comes in either a wooden case or carton (check lead time for custom packaing, as that can add a week or two).
We’ll do custom colors—red, blue, whatever you need—and bulk orders typically get better per-unit pricing, though the MOQ for custom is 50 units or so, and our company can’t always nail the lead time under 30 days if demand spikes, just being real about it.
One thing that catches people off guard is the horn height at 40+60mm—it’s a bit of a niche spec that matters for certain chassis types but not all—and the rotary switch folding mechanism makes storage tighter than most expect (grate design means no tools required to fold it, actually).
Standard lead time is around 15-20 working days for custom colors. If you need a rush, let us know and we can check if we have stock in red or blue.
Yes, we can supply the CE declaration of conformity and a test report for the specific capacity you order. Just ask your sales rep to include it with the shipment.
Absolutely. Both galvanized and chrome plated surface treatments are available for any capacity in the PHJ series. Just specify which finishing you want when placing the order.
Our MOQ is 10 units per model for the PHJ series. If you need fewer, we can sometimes accommodate a sample order at a slightly higher unit price.
You can choose either a wooden case or a carton. For the heavier capacities like 100T and 120T, we recommend the wooden case to avoid damage during transit. The package size varies from 56 to 80 cm long depending on the model.
