We've been working with these heavy-lift jacks for years now, and honestly the 30-ton model is what most workshops start with, though the 120-ton version handles mining trucks no problem with a minimum height of just 165mm and a max lift to 400mm on the bigger units, plus you can pick red, blue, or whatever custom color your fleet uses.
Basically it runs on compressed air and hydraulic fluid together — the air does heavy pushing while teh hydraulics give you that steady controlled lift, and the foot pedal operation means both hands stay free for positioning the jack under axles, though it's not really built for quick oil changes under a passenger car.
32 to 95kg depending on capacty, which is about what you'd expect for something that needs steel wire-reinforced hoses and a water separator built into the air line to keep moisture form ruining the internal seals over time, and the folding hinge mechanism adds a second layer of safety that most cheaper jacks skip entirely.
Usually we ship these in wooden crates for export, takes about 20 days or so to your port, and we keep the 50-ton and 80-ton models in stock pretty much year-round because that's what the bus depots and heavy equipement yards order most, though the custom colors add maybe a week to lead time.
One thing buyers don't always think about is the solid rubber tires — they're silent on concrete floors and don't leave black marks, which matters in clean shop environments where you're moving the jack between bays constantly, but we've had a few guys complain they pick up metal shavings if the floor isn't swept regularly.
We can do custom colors, but the MOQ for that is typically 50 units per color. For standard red or blue, there's no MOQ restriction.
Yes, all capacity models from 30T up to 120T come with CE certification. We can provide the cert copy upon request.
For a 60T model with galvanized finish, lead time is around 25-30 days after order confirmation. Custom colors may add a few days.
The 40+60mm refers to two separate screw extensions on the saddle, giving you a total added lift of 100mm. The base lifting height is separate.
We pack them in wooden cases or cartons, depending on the size. Spare parts aren't included by default, but we offer parts replacement support within the 12-month warranty.
