DC 1500V and it handles -40°C to +125°C, so it’s fine-stranded Class 5 tinned copper with TPE insulation and a PUR sheath — better thermal stability than some of the cheaper PVC-based stuff we’ve seen fail after a few seasons in direct sun.

Basically, this is what you want for the string connections between panels and the inverter on commerical rooftop or ground-mount arrays — UV resisance is excellent, and being halogen-free means it passes muster for fire safety in building-integrated setups.

We’ve had buyers try it for battery bank interconnects, but the 16mm² size tops out at 1500V DC, so it’s not ideal for high-current 48V bus bars where you’d need a bigger gauge or a different class.
MOQ is 100 meters per color, black and red are usually in stock, but blue can take 20 days or so — we typically see most orders stick with 4mm² or 6mm², though the 1.5mm² is handy for control wiring on tracker systems.

One thing that catches people off guard: fine stranding makes it flexible enough for tight conduit bends, but teh actual outer diameter on 10mm² is about 7.2mm or so — check your gland sizes before committing (spec sheets often skip that detail).
We offer it in 1.5mm², 2.5mm², 4mm², 6mm², 10mm², and 16mm². Most common for residential solar is 4mm² or 6mm².
Yes, it's halogen-free and flame retardant, so it won't emit toxic gases in a fire. That makes it safe for indoor and outdoor PV installations.
The MOQ depends on the size and color, but we typically start at 100 meters per size. For larger orders, we can be flexible.
Yes, samples are available. Just cover the shipping cost, and we'll send a 1-meter piece of your preferred size and color for testing.
We provide a DIN EN 50618 compliance certificate and a TUV test report. Both confirm the cable meets the DC 1500V rating and Class 5 stranding standards.
