flight time is the real bottleneck you have to plan around: unloaded you get 22 minutes, but with a full 30L tank that drops to 9 minutes, so most buyers go with the 10mg or so per pass and just refill more often—the 51.8V battery at 28000mAh is pretty standdard for this class, and the 36-inch compound propellers give it enough lift even at 63kg max takeoff.
Spray width runs 4 to 10 meters depending on your height and nozzle settings, which is better than reagent grade for small plot work where you need tight control, and the full cone centrifugal nozzle at 5L per minute means you're not flooding teh crop—the diaphragm pump holds up well under continuous use, so we've had no failures yet on our 4200 or so units.
One thing nobody asks but matters: the external thread connection for instalation is actually a pain if you're swapping tanks mid-job, so we keep a spare coupling ready—it's not ideal for rapid changeovers, but for single-batch work it's fine, and the carbon fiber and PE construction keeps the empty mass at 33kg, which is manageable for two people to load.
Ordering is straightforward with flexible MOQ, but lead time usually runs 20 days or so form the factory—check current stock before placing a big order because we've seen it stretch to 35 days during peak season, and the aluminium package means it ships well but adds about 15kg to the total weight for freight calculations.
For in-field calibration, the 2.3kw engine power gives you stable hovering up to about 15m, and the 4-axis setup handles moderate wind better than most competitors in this price bracket—just don't use it for high-pressrue broadcast spraying because the centrifugal nozzle isn't designed for that, and the 9-minute load time means you're swapping batteries every other refill.
The maximum takeoff weight is 63kg, and the empty mass is 33kg. That leaves a 30kg payload margin, which matches the 30L tank when filled with liquid (assuming water density). So you can fly at full load without exceeding the limit.
The standard spray range is 4-10m, but we can adjust the nozzle settings or flow rate for your specific crop or field width. Just let us know your target range, and we'll confirm feasibility before production.
We provide a one-year warranty and 7*24 hour after-sales service. For quality docs, we can supply a certificate of conformity, test reports on the carbon fiber and PE materials, and the HS code for customs clearance.
MOQ is flexible—we can start from a single unit for sample orders. Lead time is usually 7-15 days for stock units, and 20-30 days for bulk orders, depending on your location and shipping method.
It comes in an aluminum transport package with dimensions 1475*1465*700mm. Store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to protect the carbon fiber frame and PE tank from UV damage.
