We’re shipping these with a 4-6 week lead time right now, and MOQ sits at 500 units or so depending on the wire gauge you pick — the 120mm² stuff takes longer to source. It’s 60A to 600A continuous, and you’ll see the votage range from 300V to 2000V DC, which covers most residential storage and commercial power systems we’ve dealt with.

Basically, the assembly is a plug-and-socket setup with tinned or bare copper conductor options, and the insulation can be rubber, PVC, or XLPE depending on what you’re running. 8mm² is what most buyers go with for typical battery racks. IP67 rating means it’ll sit in a wet trench or outdoor cabinet without issue — we’ve tested that. Flame resistance is UL94 V-0, so it passes most fire codes without extra sleeving.

What it does is carry DC current from the inverter to the battery bank or panel string, and the tempearture range of -40°C to 125°C makes it work in both cold storage and desert solar farms. We usually have stock for the 1mm² to 35mm² sizes, but the 50mm² to 120mm² range might need a custom run — confirm lead time if you need that. It’s not suited for AC mains distribution, by the way; the connector design is purely DC-rated.

Certifications include UL, VDE, CCC, ISO9001, and IATF16949 — that last one’s for automotive-grade builds, so it’s tighter tolerance than most generic solar cables. RoHS and REACH compliance is standdard across the board. You might also spot a COA with each batch (usually HPLC for conductor purity), but we don’t include it automatically unless you ask — just specify during ordering.

Customization is OEM-supported, so you can change the connector color, cable length, or even the lug type, but the minimum run for custom colors is about 2000 units. And the 60A version is easier to handle in tight cabinets than the 600A one — that heavy-duty assembly needs a 90° bend radius or so to avoid strain on teh crimp.
We can start with as low as 100 units for custom assemblies, but for standard specs we're happy to do smaller runs. Just let us know your volume and we'll work something out.
Typical lead time is 2-4 weeks after design approval, depending on complexity and quantity. We'll give you a firm timeline once we confirm the specs.
Yes, we can share copies of the UL, VDE, and other certification documents upon request. Just ask your sales rep and we'll send them over.
Absolutely. XLPE is a common choice for high-voltage applications, and we regularly produce assemblies rated up to 2000V DC with that insulation. Just specify the wire size and current needs.
Yes, they're rated from -40°C to 125°C and have an IP67 waterproof rating, so they handle freezing temps and wet conditions fine. We've supplied them for outdoor ESS setups in northern climates.
