Our BV series electrical wires are engineered for durability and safety in demanding environments. These single-core solid copper or aluminum wires feature PVC insulation rated for 70°C or 90°C, making them suitable for fixed installations in buildings, mining operations, and overhead applications. The wires are designed to minimize smoke and toxic fume emissions, enhancing safety in public and government buildings.
The construction includes a bare solid copper or aluminum conductor, PVC insulation available in multiple colors such as red, orange, yellow, yellow-green, blue, purple, gray, and white, with customization options. The outer sheath consists of PVC tapes meeting ST2 to IEC standards. Rated voltages are 300/500V and 450/750V, ensuring reliable performance under various electrical loads.
Compliance with international standards like IEC60227, GB/T 5023, BS6004, and JB/T8734 guarantees quality and safety. The wires are flame retardant per IEC 60332-1-2 and halogen-free according to IEC 61034-1/2 and IEC 60754-1/2. Additional standards such as BS, DIN, and ICEA can be accommodated upon request, allowing for tailored solutions to meet specific consumer needs.
Applications span a wide range, including fixed laying in indoor conduits, high-temperature environments, and areas requiring mechanical protection and moisture resistance. Types like BV, BVR, and RV offer flexibility for permanent or moving installations, with long-term permissible working temperatures of 70°C or 90°C. Technical parameters include nominal cross-sections from 0.5 mm² to 6 mm², with corresponding conductor resistances and weights for optimal performance.
