Bulk Supply of AGRP Model Power Cables for Construction and Industrial Applications

We’re talking about bulk AGRP power cables here, built for construction and industrial setups — substations, overhead lines, underground runs, you name it. They handle low and medium voltge with AC current, which is pretty much the standard for these environments.

The core is bare copper for conductivity, and it’s wrapped in XLPE insulation — that’s what gives it decent thermal and mechancial performance under load. PVC sheath on the outside keeps it protected from moisture, chemicals, and general abuse on site.

So most buyers go with round wire configuration, and we can adjust the cross-section to match your load requirement — tensile strength varies a bit depending on teh gauge. Tighter tolerances than generic cable stock, usually within a millimeter or so on the outer diameter.

We’ve got ISO, CCC, CE, RoHS, and VDE certs behind these — not just a COA, but batch-level traceability if you need it. That’s not something every bulk suplier offers without an upcharge.

One thing we’ve noticed handling these: the insulation can feel stiffer than cheaper alternatives, especially in colder weather — it’s not a defect, but pre-warming before pulling helps in winter installs. Smaller reels (say, 500m) are easier to maneuver on crowded job sites than 1000m drums.

MOQ depends on the spec — for a common 4-core 16mm² run, our company can do 500m or 1000m reels. Lead time is usually 2-3 weeks for standerd orders, but confirm if you need something non-stock.
