Tight spaces under a hood or behind a panel where you can barely get a standard wrench in—that's what this thing was built for, and you've probably been fighting with a ratchet and socket set that just doesn't fit.
So what it does is give you a 15/16" box end on a head that pivots a full 180 degrees, plus a 72-tooth ratchet mechanism that needs only 5 degrees of swing to grab the next tooth, and on the other side you've got a standerd open end for quick running down a nut.
That 72-tooth ratchet—it's better than most competition's 60-tooth designs, giving you a tighter swing arc (usually around 5°) and teh 12-point box end grabs fasteners form more angles than a 6-point, though if you're cranking on a seriously stuck bolt the open end might round it off, we use chrome vanadium steel with a chrome plate finish, and head thickness is roughly 15mm, so it slides into tight gaps without jamming.
The MOQ is 500 pieces, our company can do OEM/ODM with your branding, and lead time is typically 20 days or so from order—but check stock because we sometimes have it ready to ship faster. Customs clearance is covered under HS code 8203200000, and we've got a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, though if you're using it on impact tools (which it's not designed for) that obviously won't apply.
The MOQ is 500 pieces. If you need fewer, let us know your volume and we can check if we have any stock available to split.
Yes, we can supply material test certificates (MTC) for the Cr-V steel and a chrome plating thickness report upon request. Just mention it when you place your order.
It's friction-held, so you can position it anywhere within the 180° range and it stays put under normal use. No locking mechanism, but the joint is tight enough for most jobs.
Standard bulk packaging is polybagged then boxed, but we can do individual blister cards or hang tags if you prefer. For OEM/ODM orders, we'll match your packaging specs exactly.
It's sealed, so we don't recommend disassembly. If it fails within the 1-year warranty due to a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it. For routine cleaning, just flush with light oil through the openings around the ratchet head.
