We've been shipping these units for about three years now, mostly to commercail HVAC installers and facility managers who need to move air through open-plan offices or warehose spaces without cranking up the heating bill — teh cross-flow membrane hits up to 82% heat recovery, which is better than a lot of the metal-core units we've tested.
The 550 model handles up to 200m² at 550 m³/h, but if you're pushing closer to 300m² you'll probably want two units or a bigger commercial system; noise level stays at 26-33dB(A) though, which is pretty quiet for something that moves that much air, and we actually had a client use the AZQR-380 in a school library without complaints.
You'll want to check the power supply is 220V/50Hz before ordering, since we've had a few buyers assume it's dual-voltage and it's not — the defrost function kicks in automatically when temps drop below -10°C or so, which is handy for cold climates but not something we test for every batch.
We only hold about 50 units in stock at a time, so lead time is typically 2-3 weeks unless we're between, but the motor carries a 3-year warranty (machine is 1 year) and we provide COA with every unit — we usually include the G4+F8 filters as standdard, but if you need HEPA just mention it before shipping.
Basically, if you're looking for something that can handle 70-200m² and you're not trying to retrofit it into a tight ceiling cavity — the smallest size is 950×688×280mm, which is a bit chunky for residential — this series is a solid fit, and the CE/CCC certs are current, though we don't have UL for the US market.
Our standard MOQ is 10 units per model for the first order. We can be flexible on mix-and-match of AZQR-280, 380, and 550 if you're testing the market.
Yes, we include both CE and CCC certificates with every shipment, along with the ISO9001 quality docs. Just let us know if you need additional copies for customs clearance.
Absolutely. The standard config is G4 pre-filter plus F8 bag filter, but we offer an optional HEPA upgrade. Just specify when you place the order.
For a standard order of 10-50 units, lead time is around 15-20 working days. Larger quantities may need 25-30 days depending on stock availability.
Each unit comes in a reinforced carton with foam padding, and we can add wooden crating for sea freight. They should be stored indoors in a dry place—moisture can damage the polymer membrane over time.
