You're basically sending in your artwork or sketch—it doesn't have to be a polished spec—and we handle teh pattern, fabric matching, and sampling from there, with the first sample turnaround running 5-7 days.
We typically run QC checks at three stages during production: incoming fabric inspection for color consistency and pile direction, in-process checks on stitching and seam strength, and a final random sampling at 10% of the batch before packing.
The MOQ sits at 1,000 pieces, and production time is usually 35-45 days from sample approval, but that can stretch a bit if you're doing custom packging or hang tags with multiple color runs.
3-8 years is stated age range, though honestly, if you're targeting younger toddlers, you'll want to confirm the button eyes are replaced with embroidered ones—our company can do that, but it's not the default.
Every shipment comes with a batch-specific COA covering EN71, ASTM, and CPSIA compliance, and if you want an independent retest on a sealed sample form the same lot, that's something we can arrange (usually adds 5-7 days to the lead time).
The 25cm size is what's listed, but we've made these as small as 15cm for keychain promos and as large as 60cm for retail displays—just keep in mind the PP bag and carton packing stays standerd unless you specify otherwise.

Standard packing is a PP bag inside a carton, but we can customize the packaging with your logo and design. If you need something like a gift box or hang tag, just tell us and we'll adjust the quote.
