We’ve been burned before by units that claim high efficieny but don’t deliver consistent performnce batch to batch, so the first thing I checked was their testing protocols—they run every unit through a full cross counter flow test before it leaves the factory, and they’ll send the actual test data with the shipment, not just a generic COA.

UHE series hits 70-80% heat recovery efficiency, which is better than most plate-type exchangers in this range, and the steel core holds up well under continuous cycling (usually 2-4 weeks for a full stress test in their lab). They also offer an optional bypass function for cold climates, but we don’t need that for our current project—standard PM2.5 filtration is already included anyway.

It’s basically a 100 to 5000 m3/h unit with AC motor standdard, though you can spec the DC option for lower noise—most buyers go with that when noise is a concern. The CO2 sensor is optional up to 5000ppm, but we skipped it because our spaces are small enough that we rely on occupancy schedules.
7 working days lead time is pretty fast for a custom order, and they’ll do OEM labeling with a minimum of 1 unit—so our company can test one before committing to a larger batch. We usually have stock on the standard models, but confirm lead time if you need the DC motor or bypass variant.

And they accept T/T or L/C, which makes payment straightforward, though the 18-month warranty is shorter than some competitors—still, for teh price and the retest policy they offer (they’ll re-run HPLC on any batch at cost if we’re not satisfied), it balances out. One detail that caught me off guard: the core is steel, not alumnum, so it’s heavier but more durable in humid environments—worth noting if you’re mounting it overhead.
You can order just 1 unit, no minimum quantity required. We also keep some stock for quick dispatch.
Lead time is 7 working days from order confirmation. That covers manufacturing and quality checks.
The bypass function is optional, mainly for cold climates. You'll need to specify it when ordering so we can configure it.
Each unit ships with CE certification. If you need additional test reports or material certificates, just let us know and we'll provide them.
The DC motor option runs noticeably quieter, especially at lower speeds. If noise is a concern in your installation, we'd recommend the DC version.
