It’s basically a 45W unit with 80% heat recovery effiency, pulling 200 m³/h at 38dB(A) — not the quietest on the market, but that’s at full speed, and you can drop it further by running it lower, though we usually have stock on the 220V/50Hz version (check lead time for other voltages).
The metal housing is better than plastic for durability in damp basements, but don’t push it past the 831mm trepanning size — we’ve seen installers try to force it into smaller cutouts, and it just stresses core; anyway, it’s not suited for commercail kitchens where grease load is high.
Bulk pricing kicks in around 50 units or so, and we typically ship within 20 days — just confirm teh COA and CE certs are included in the paperwork if your compliance team asks.
The 831mm trepanning size refers to the hole you need to cut for the duct connections, not the unit body — it's a common spec for wall-mounted ERVs. Double-check your wall opening against that number before installing.
Right now, the BASZ-H200 is built for 220V/50Hz only, so it won't work on standard US 110V/60Hz without a transformer. We don't offer a 110V version on this model, but we can discuss custom voltage options if your order volume is high enough.
Our MOQ for the BASZ-H200 is 50 units per order. Lead time is usually 25-30 days after we receive the deposit, depending on current production load.

Absolutely, the 3-year motor warranty covers defects from normal residential use, including the DC motor. If it fails during that period, we'll send a replacement motor free of charge; you just cover the shipping.
